This is my first premium vehicle, so I was more careful than usual before buying. I spent time checking the specifications, service history, and import costs because I wanted to avoid unexpected expenses later. On the website of SAT Japan I got all the details of the vehicle information. I compared different BMW X3 units and chose the one that best matched my expectations instead of buying blindly. The SUV feels solid on the road, the interior is comfortable, and the driving experience is much better than I expected. I noticed one small scuff near the lower bumper after delivery, but it is only cosmetic and does not affect the vehicle in any way. For me, the biggest advantage of SAT Japan was not the price instead it was the confidence to make an informed purchase.

I was kind of worried at first because I couldn't find any reviews online regarding this company that I deemed legit and credible. I saw reviews on the app and still wasn't convinced because I am purchasing from Hawaii, in the United States, and I couldn't find many reviews from the USA. Well, I paid for the car, and then about 1 month later it was shipped. Shipping took only about 8 or 9 days because I'm in Hawaii, not the mainland United States. I just received the car and it was in amazing condition just like they had told me. I'm very happy about that. The only reason I did not rate them 5 stars is because of the fact that some days I would contact them, and I wouldn't hear back from them in a day or more. The lack of communication, time difference, and lack of popular reviews made me feel like I may have gotten scammed. But the car did arrive and it was priced great too. Aside from the spotty communication, I would order a car from them again because I know they are a real reputable car sourcing company. Thank you SAT Japan! ✌?

I needed a good truck for work, and this one looks strong and ready to work. But outer body is not in much good condition. There are multiple scratches on the body. But still, I hope this truck helps me grow my business and gives me many good years.
