For me, the biggest test was not when I paid for the car. The real test was after I received it. Many companies stop caring once the vehicle is delivered, but SAT Japan still answered my questions about registration documents and gave helpful advice. That support after the sale impressed me more than anything. The Daihatsu is a small car, but it is very practical for my daily work and family trips around town. The engine starts quickly, the steering feels light, and fuel costs are much lower than my previous vehicle. I found a few small marks on the front bumper, which is normal for a used imported car. They are easy to ignore because the car drives perfectly. I feel this purchase was worth every dollar, and I would happily buy from SAT Japan again.
Small car but very smart one. Black color is looking sharp, and the car seems perfect for city driving. Easy parking, low fuel, and simple maintenance, that is what I like most. It is not big car, but for daily movement it can do the job nicely. SAT Japan helped in making the purchase easy. I like how they arrange everything without too much confusion. For people buying from far country, this matters a lot. Car looks fresh and nice in picture, and overall I am satisfied. Good value for money.
I was kind of worried at first because I couldn't find any reviews online regarding this company that I deemed legit and credible. I saw reviews on the app and still wasn't convinced because I am purchasing from Hawaii, in the United States, and I couldn't find many reviews from the USA. Well, I paid for the car, and then about 1 month later it was shipped. Shipping took only about 8 or 9 days because I'm in Hawaii, not the mainland United States. I just received the car and it was in amazing condition just like they had told me. I'm very happy about that. The only reason I did not rate them 5 stars is because of the fact that some days I would contact them, and I wouldn't hear back from them in a day or more. The lack of communication, time difference, and lack of popular reviews made me feel like I may have gotten scammed. But the car did arrive and it was priced great too. Aside from the spotty communication, I would order a car from them again because I know they are a real reputable car sourcing company. Thank you SAT Japan! ✌?

This silver Toyota Hiace is now with me and I like it so much. First thing I noticed was the clean appearance. The van looks neat, tyres are okay and cabin has enough room for passengers. Driving position is comfortable, especially when travelling long road. Buying car from another country was making me little worried before. But SAT Japan staff kept communication and showed me the vehicle details before purchase. Shipping and clearance needed some time, but the van arrived safely.
