Receiving this SUV made my family very happy. The Mazda looks elegant, drives comfortably, and has enough space for everyone. Before I placed the order, SAT Japan answered my emails quickly and never ignored my concerns. The vehicle arrived looking almost new. I only saw one small paint chip near the lower bumper, but it is hardly noticeable and does not reduce my excitement. The interior is clean and the engine performance is excellent. I was kind of worried at first because I couldn't find any reviews online regarding this company that I deemed legit and credible. I saw reviews on the app and still wasn't convinced because I am purchasing from Hawaii, in the United States, and I couldn't find many reviews from the USA. Well, I paid for the car, and then about 1 month later it was shipped. Shipping took only about 8 or 9 days because I'm in Hawaii, not the mainland United States. I just received the car and it was in amazing condition just like they had told me. I'm very happy about that. The only reason I did not rate them 5 stars is because of the fact that some days I would contact them, and I wouldn't hear back from them in a day or more. The lack of communication, time difference, and lack of popular reviews made me feel like I may have gotten scammed. But the car did arrive and it was priced great too. Aside from the spotty communication, I would order a car from them again because I know they are a real reputable car sourcing company. Thank you SAT Japan! ✌?

I wanted a simple reliable car for daily use and the Axio has been good for me. Engine is smooth and inside is comfortable. There was one small mark on the seat, but nothing serious. SAT Japan handled the documents properly.
