This truck is like strong worker. It not complain, it just do job. I use it many hours and still it keep going same power. What I notice is stability. Even when carrying load, it not shaking too much. That make driving more safe. Also engine sound is not rough, which I like. SAT Japan experience for me was very smooth but also fast. I was expecting delay but everything move quickly. They didn’t waste time. That is important for business people. Cabin is simple but enough. I don’t need luxury in truck. I need space and clear visibility, and this truck gives that. For me this is not just vehicle, it is daily earning support. Without it, work become slow. With it, everything move better. Very good decision for my work.
The overall process went smoothly, although the delivery was later than anticipated. I had to contact them several times to confirm delivery. I'm hoping for a better experience next time.
I was kind of worried at first because I couldn't find any reviews online regarding this company that I deemed legit and credible. I saw reviews on the app and still wasn't convinced because I am purchasing from Hawaii, in the United States, and I couldn't find many reviews from the USA. Well, I paid for the car, and then about 1 month later it was shipped. Shipping took only about 8 or 9 days because I'm in Hawaii, not the mainland United States. I just received the car and it was in amazing condition just like they had told me. I'm very happy about that. The only reason I did not rate them 5 stars is because of the fact that some days I would contact them, and I wouldn't hear back from them in a day or more. The lack of communication, time difference, and lack of popular reviews made me feel like I may have gotten scammed. But the car did arrive and it was priced great too. Aside from the spotty communication, I would order a car from them again because I know they are a real reputable car sourcing company. Thank you SAT Japan! ✌?

Finally received my Subaru Forester and I am loving the vehicle. It has powerful road presence, good ground clearance and enough room for my family. The red colour looks beautiful under sunlight. I drove it on rough road also, and the car remained stable with no shaking. What I liked about SAT Japan was their support during the purchasing process. They did not disappear after receiving payment. Updates were coming until the vehicle reached the port. The Forester arrived in good shape and matched the inspection details. I changed engine oil and filters after collection, then it was ready to drive. Fuel use is little higher than small car, but this is expected from an SUV with all-wheel drive. Overall, very satisfied customer.
This Corolla Axio Hybrid surprised me in a very good way. It is quiet, comfortable and using much less fuel than my previous car. The silver colour looks smart and the body condition was better than I expected. Driving is smooth even when sitting in traffic for long time. Before payment, SAT Japan shared car details and auction information, which gave me more confidence. Their staff explained the process in simple way. After arrival, I checked the hybrid system and everything was working correctly. The cabin is clean, air conditioner is cold and seats are comfortable. I can use this car for family, work and long travel without feeling tired. I give high rating because both car condition and buying experience were very good.

The vehicle is not luxury, but it is practical, strong and carrying enough goods for my work. Engine starts quickly every morning and suspension is handling our roads better than expected. The shipment tracking helped me to know where the car was during delivery. SAT Japan also provided documents without causing confusion. When car arrived, condition was close to the photos. There were few marks on body, but nothing serious for a working vehicle. Fuel usage is also reasonable. For business person who wants dependable car, this Probox is very suitable. My Mazda Demio is small car but very enjoyable to drive. Fuel consumption is good and steering feels light, especially inside busy town. The white body was still shining nicely when I received it. Interior also came in fair and clean condition. SAT Japan communication was helpful. They answered my questions about the car and sent the necessary information before shipping. I was little worried because it was my first import, but everything went okay. This Demio is perfect for daily movement and parking is very easy. Only some small scratches were there, which is normal for used vehicle. Overall, I got good value for my money and the car is serving me without problem.
