I purchased this Mitsubishi Outlander from SAT Japan and to me this car is a step forward. I desired a bigger one and this fitted my plan. The appearance is powerful and aggressive and it is confident in the road. It is steady and controlled to drive it on rough streets. The suspension is solid and the car does not feel weak in any way. Upon arrival of the car I was proud that it was exactly what I expected it to look like. SAT Japan played their role and made things go. This is the car that suits my future prospect. I am happy and contented with my selection.

I was kind of worried at first because I couldn't find any reviews online regarding this company that I deemed legit and credible. I saw reviews on the app and still wasn't convinced because I am purchasing from Hawaii, in the United States, and I couldn't find many reviews from the USA. Well, I paid for the car, and then about 1 month later it was shipped. Shipping took only about 8 or 9 days because I'm in Hawaii, not the mainland United States. I just received the car and it was in amazing condition just like they had told me. I'm very happy about that. The only reason I did not rate them 5 stars is because of the fact that some days I would contact them, and I wouldn't hear back from them in a day or more. The lack of communication, time difference, and lack of popular reviews made me feel like I may have gotten scammed. But the car did arrive and it was priced great too. Aside from the spotty communication, I would order a car from them again because I know they are a real reputable car sourcing company. Thank you SAT Japan! ✌?

Not my first imported car, but definitely one of my favorite. This car arrived in very good condition and drives smoothly. The cabin space is excellent for family use and passengers have enough room. One thing I liked from SAT Japan was vehicle information. They provide many details, auction information and support during shipping process. It helped me make decision without stress. Driving experience is comfortable and stable. Engine response is good and vehicle feels solid on the road. The design also looks modern compared to some other family cars in same budget range. I can honestly say both the car and exporter met my expectations. Everything was handled professionally and the vehicle has been performing great since arrival. Definitely a purchase I do not regret.
First thing I notice about this Suzuki Alto is how easy it is to drive. Small size make parking very simple and fuel consumption is amazing. It is perfect for city movement.
