The radio system wasn't working correctly when I got the car. SAT Japan told me this was noted in the inspection sheet, which I had missed. Lesson learned to read everything closely, but overall, the car is solid and clean.
There could be improvements on the website to avoid any technical issues but otherwise I am satisfied as I got my Toyota CHR at a good deal.
I was kind of worried at first because I couldn't find any reviews online regarding this company that I deemed legit and credible. I saw reviews on the app and still wasn't convinced because I am purchasing from Hawaii, in the United States, and I couldn't find many reviews from the USA. Well, I paid for the car, and then about 1 month later it was shipped. Shipping took only about 8 or 9 days because I'm in Hawaii, not the mainland United States. I just received the car and it was in amazing condition just like they had told me. I'm very happy about that. The only reason I did not rate them 5 stars is because of the fact that some days I would contact them, and I wouldn't hear back from them in a day or more. The lack of communication, time difference, and lack of popular reviews made me feel like I may have gotten scammed. But the car did arrive and it was priced great too. Aside from the spotty communication, I would order a car from them again because I know they are a real reputable car sourcing company. Thank you SAT Japan! ✌?

This Corolla Fielder Hybrid is exactly useful type of vehicle. The buying steps through SAT Japan were clear from payment until export documents. I did not need to chase different people every day. Car arrived looking sharp and drives better than I was expecting. Good machine for business and normal home use both.
At first I was not fully sure about buying vehicle without seeing it physically. I asked many questions, maybe too many, but SAT Japan support answered patiently and showed me enough details. Now after driving the Outlander, I understand why people like it. It feels strong on rough road, seating position is good and cabin remains comfortable for longer drive. One seat had a light worn area, but mechanically the car feels solid. I am happy that I took the chance.
My family was becoming too crowded in our old car, especially when travelling with bags. After getting this Toyota Voxy, everyone now sits comfortable and no more fighting for space. The doors and high roof make entry easy for children and older people also. Shipment took few days longer than first estimate, but SAT Japan customer team explained the reason instead of keeping silent.
Small outside but surprisingly roomy inside. I enjoy driving this Dayz, and SAT Japan kept sending me shipping updates until it reached safely.
I needed small car which is easy for town but still comfortable for daily use. Nissan Note is doing this job very well. There was one tiny mark on the interior plastic, nothing serious for used vehicle. SAT Japan prepared the documents properly, so registration side was not giving me big headache. Overall a sensible purchase and car runs nicely.
