I purchased a Toyota Raize 2025 hybrid motor vehicle from SAT. I am very satisfied and happy to say that my team member Mr. Ryohei and Ms. Emika assisted me to get the vehicle to SL from the beginning to end via my Watsapp group chat and voice calls. Hence I was able to get my vehicle without any delays due to the help of them. This car gives a very fresh and modern feeling. Toyota Raize Hybrid looks sharp from front and feels premium compared to other small SUVs. When I drive it, pickup is smooth and acceleration feels quick for this size. One thing I really like is balance. The car stays stable even when speed goes higher. Steering response is also good, not too light and not too heavy. Buying from SAT Japan was actually a good decision for me. I checked many places before, but here I got better clarity. They explained every detail and helped me understand the condition before buying, which made a big difference. The interior is clean and practical, not over complicated. Also, a hybrid system helps save fuel a lot. For me, this car is a perfect mix of style and economy. I enjoy driving it every day.
I was kind of worried at first because I couldn't find any reviews online regarding this company that I deemed legit and credible. I saw reviews on the app and still wasn't convinced because I am purchasing from Hawaii, in the United States, and I couldn't find many reviews from the USA. Well, I paid for the car, and then about 1 month later it was shipped. Shipping took only about 8 or 9 days because I'm in Hawaii, not the mainland United States. I just received the car and it was in amazing condition just like they had told me. I'm very happy about that. The only reason I did not rate them 5 stars is because of the fact that some days I would contact them, and I wouldn't hear back from them in a day or more. The lack of communication, time difference, and lack of popular reviews made me feel like I may have gotten scammed. But the car did arrive and it was priced great too. Aside from the spotty communication, I would order a car from them again because I know they are a real reputable car sourcing company. Thank you SAT Japan! ✌?

Engine starts every morning without issue and maintenance cost is low. Cargo area is bigger than I expected. One thing I liked about SAT Japan is the vehicle options available. The car arrived clean and exactly as auction details showed. No bad surprises. SAT Japan helped me understand inspection sheet and that gave me confidence before buying. On the road, vehicle feels stable and powerful. Cabin is quiet and seats are comfortable even during long driving hours. My family likes it very much. I also appreciate the support team because they replied fast whenever I needed information. Not every company gives this level of attention. First time importing car and honestly I was little worried. But after receiving this Toyota Sienta, all stress finished. Vehicle looks even better than photos and interior was very neat. The thing that impressed me is how SAT Japan checked the vehicle before export. They answered many of my questions and never rushed me. I compared many companies but communication here was much better. Driving is comfortable and suspension feels soft on rough roads. Family enjoys the space and sliding doors make things very easy when carrying kids or shopping bags. Very satisfied customer. For me this was good decision and I can say SAT Japan did professional job from start until delivery.
I buy this Daihatsu Hijet from SAT Japan and experience was smooth from beginning. I wanted small van for business delivery and daily work. Car arrive in good condition and engine sound very clean. Fuel consumption also nice, not making me spend too much money every week. What I like most is SAT Japan always updating me during shipping process. I was not left wondering where car is. Documents also came correct and clear. The Hijet is not luxury vehicle but for work purpose it is very practical. Easy to park, easy to drive in busy streets and enough space inside for my needs.
