So last month, I bought a 2018 Toyota Roomy from them by only trusting its reviews. It was definitely a leap of faith, but honestly zero regrets. Here’s how it went down: I started from browsing their website by navigating “Used cars for sale” and it took me a long time to narrow my choices down. They have categorized their inventory in terms of prices, make, and type. Once I found something within my budget, I reached out to their team through their live chat on their website. To my surprise, they were pretty responsive and helpful. The sales lady patiently responded to all my queries because to be honest, I was being extremely cautious. Once I ordered the car, the payment process was pretty straightforward. The company handled all the export documents. I did not have to do much work. It seemed like the pre-export inspection was also very thorough. They have car insurance services so I added marine insurance to my order just to be safe. They said that the shipping would take 8-10 weeks but for me it took around 5 weeks. When the car arrived, I was impressed due to its low mileage and a very clean exterior and interior.
