I was a bit confused from where to import my car considering the large number of options out there. However, luckily enough, I chose SAT Japan and my experience has been great. I am so happy and excited to receive my car and cannot wait to drive it around. I wish this company the best of luck for future.
I was kind of worried at first because I couldn't find any reviews online regarding this company that I deemed legit and credible. I saw reviews on the app and still wasn't convinced because I am purchasing from Hawaii, in the United States, and I couldn't find many reviews from the USA. Well, I paid for the car, and then about 1 month later it was shipped. Shipping took only about 8 or 9 days because I'm in Hawaii, not the mainland United States. I just received the car and it was in amazing condition just like they had told me. I'm very happy about that. The only reason I did not rate them 5 stars is because of the fact that some days I would contact them, and I wouldn't hear back from them in a day or more. The lack of communication, time difference, and lack of popular reviews made me feel like I may have gotten scammed. But the car did arrive and it was priced great too. Aside from the spotty communication, I would order a car from them again because I know they are a real reputable car sourcing company. Thank you SAT Japan! ✌?

I like companies that do not promise impossible things. SAT Japan explained both the strong points and the small imperfections before shipping my car. Because of that, there were no surprises after delivery. The Toyota Sienta is smooth, practical, and perfect for my daily family trips. I found one small stain on the rear floor mat, but cleaning it took only a few minutes. Everything else was in very good condition. The fuel economy is impressive and the engine feels healthy.
