I’ve been running a small taxi business and wanted to add another vehicle to increase my income. I needed something durable, easy on fuel, and affordable to maintain. I’ve tried a few Japanese companies over the years, but most either delayed shipping, provided poor-condition units, or were hard to reach after payment. SAT Japan stood out differently. From the first contact, their team treated me with respect. I explained I was buying multiple units for resale in Nigeria, and they gave me reasonable dealer prices. I bought a Toyota Sienna, Honda CR-V, and a Suzuki Swift. They inspected every vehicle and sent videos before shipping. They shipped to the port and helped with all paperwork needed for clearing. All three cars arrived in excellent condition, with clean engines, full features, and even the tires were still good. I’ve already sold two of them with great profit, and customers were satisfied. What I love most is their honesty, no hiding defects or doctoring photos. You get what you see. Now I’m planning a bigger order, and they’ve even offered some extra discounts. (Owning a strong and reliable vehicle is something I’ve worked toward for a long time. After hearing mixed stories about car imports, I was very careful in choosing who to deal with. When I found SAT Japan online, I checked their reviews and cars, and everything looked genuine. I sent a few questions through their website, and within a short time, a rep got back to me. After comparing prices and conditions, I chose one. SAT Japan made everything simple, shared detailed pictures, full inspection reports, and even advised the best route for shipping. I used Dar es Salaam port and cleared the vehicle with ease. The car arrived in top shape, clean inside and out, engine healthy, and no rust at all. These people know what they’re doing. It’s been half a year since I started using the Hilux for both town errands and farm work, and it runs beautifully. (I want to leave a fair and honest review based on my recent experience with SAT Japan. Overall, I’m satisfied with how everything turned out, and I appreciate how their team handled things throughout the process. From the very beginning, communication was clear and consistent. I worked mostly with Yuki, who was my main point of contact. He was very patient and always ready to explain things, especially since I had several questions about the import process. I never felt pressured, and that made me feel confident moving forward with the purchase. After selecting the car, the process moved quickly. I also want to thank Sato-san, who helped on the logistics side. He provided regular updates and made sure I knew what to expect at each stage, including details about shipping and clearance. Even when I had to double-check some things about the documents and delivery timing, the team responded respectfully. The car arrived in great condition, exactly as shown in the photos and auction sheet. It’s been running well and honestly exceeded my expectations for a used vehicle. The only small downside was a delay in receiving the export certificate and some other paperwork, it took nearly three weeks longer than expected. Not a huge problem, but it would’ve been nice to get a few more updates on that without needing to follow up myself. Still, I’d absolutely recommend SAT Japan to anyone thinking about importing a vehicle. They were reliable, friendly, and delivered on their promises. I’d use them again for sure.)

The car had a minor scratch on the back bumper that wasn't clearly shown in the photos. SAT Japan offered a partial refund and apologized for the oversight. I am still happy with the car. Overall, it drives great and was a good deal.
