Job Description:
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to engage our audience, promote our brand, and drive traffic to our website. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media
strategy to align with business goals
- Create, curate, and manage published content (static and
video) across all social media platforms
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends and
competitorsβ activities
- Analyze and report on social media performance using
analytics tools, and adjust strategies based on insights
- Collaborate with other departments to manage brand
reputation and coordinate promotional efforts
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best
practices and technologies
- Identify and build relationships with influencers and key
opinion leaders
- Track and analyze competitorsβ social media activities to
identify opportunities and threats
- Monitor and report on social media ROI and KPIs
- Collaborate with the videographer and content team to develop creative
concepts for video content
- Host scripted and unscripted videos in a professional and
engaging manner
- Engage with our audience and foster a community of
followers
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar
role
- In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms
(Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google
Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer)
- Strong understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, and
online marketing channels
- Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging
content
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Communications, or a
related field
