Nissan SKYLINE COUPE

I was kind of worried at first because I couldn't find any reviews online regarding this company that I deemed legit and credible. I saw reviews on the app and still wasn't convinced because I am purchasing from Hawaii, in the United States, and I couldn't find many reviews from the USA. Well, I paid for the car, and then about 1 month later it was shipped. Shipping took only about 8 or 9 days because I'm in Hawaii, not the mainland United States. I just received the car and it was in amazing condition just like they had told me. I'm very happy about that. The only reason I did not rate them 5 stars is because of the fact that some days I would contact them, and I wouldn't hear back from them in a day or more. The lack of communication, time difference, and lack of popular reviews made me feel like I may have gotten scammed. But the car did arrive and it was priced great too. Aside from the spotty communication, I would order a car from them again because I know they are a real reputable car sourcing company. Thank you SAT Japan! ✌?

Toyota HIACE VAN

For transport business, this Hiace has been one of my best investments. I received the vehicle in very good condition and it immediately started earning money. The engine pulls well even when carrying passengers and luggage. Interior is spacious and customers find it comfortable. Before buying, I compared different exporters. What made SAT Japan different was their vehicle selection. They gave me several options according to my budget instead of pushing one vehicle only. The paperwork was handled professionally and there were no unexpected costs later. This Hiace is strong, economical and built for heavy use. I can confidently recommend both the vehicle and SAT Japan service to anyone planning to import a van.

Toyota PROBOX VAN

Not every used car buying experience is easy, but mine was good. I purchased this Probox from SAT Japan and the shipping updates were regular. I always knew where my vehicle was during the process. That gave me confidence. The car itself is simple but dependable. It starts every morning without issue. Suspension feels strong and it handles rough roads better than many cars I used before. Parts are easy to find in my area. This is not luxury car, but it works hard every day and that is what matters. Low maintenance cost is another advantage. I appreciate SAT Japan for making international car buying less stressful. Good experience overall.

Toyota SUCCEED VAN

I was searching long time for reliable car for my daily work and finally bought this Toyota Succeed through SAT Japan. The process was much smoother than I thought. They helped me understand auction grade and vehicle condition before I make payment. This car is very practical. Plenty space inside and engine runs very nicely. Even after long driving, I don't feel tired because seating position is comfortable. Fuel consumption is also reasonable. What impressed me most was the honesty from SAT Japan. They did not promise impossible things. Everything arrived almost exactly as they explained. For business, family trips, or daily use, this vehicle is doing excellent job. Strong Toyota quality as expected. Very happy customer here.

Toyota PROBOX VAN

Toyota PROBOX VAN

This Probox is not luxury vehicle but it is exactly what I need. Strong, practical and ready for work every day. I use it for deliveries and carrying goods. Cargo area is very big and suspension handles weight without issue. Fuel usage is reasonable and spare parts are easy to find. SAT Japan impressed me because they kept updating me during shipping process. I never felt lost. Their customer support always replied when I asked questions. Vehicle arrived clean and mechanically sound. Registration process also went smoothly. If your focus is business and reliability, Probox is hard to beat. It may not look fancy but it gets the job done. I am happy with the purchase and service.

Toyota COROLLA AXIO

Before buying this Axio Hybrid, I compare many options. Finally I choose this one and it was right decision. The hybrid system is amazing. Fuel consumption is much lower than my previous sedan. Driving is quiet and comfortable even in traffic. Air conditioning is strong and cabin feels spacious enough. One thing I appreciate about SAT Japan is vehicle inspection report. They provide enough information for me to buy with confidence. No surprises when car arrived. The car looks almost new despite being used. Engine, battery and suspension all performing very well. Family also likes it because ride quality is smooth. If somebody want dependable hybrid car with low running cost, I can strongly suggest Toyota Axio. Excellent value for money.

Suzuki ALTO

My experience with this Suzuki Alto is good overall. Small car but very useful in city driving. Parking is easy and fuel economy is excellent. I use it every day for office and family errands. At first I was worried buying from another country, but SAT Japan staff explain every step. They helped with documents and shipping information. Communication was clear. The car reached me in nice condition and everything was working fine. Of course it is not powerful car, but that is not why I buy it. I wanted something affordable and economical. For budget buyers this Alto is very smart choice. Simple, reliable and cheap to maintain. I am satisfied with my purchase.
