I was kind of worried at first because I couldn't find any reviews online regarding this company that I deemed legit and credible. I saw reviews on the app and still wasn't convinced because I am purchasing from Hawaii, in the United States, and I couldn't find many reviews from the USA. Well, I paid for the car, and then about 1 month later it was shipped. Shipping took only about 8 or 9 days because I'm in Hawaii, not the mainland United States. I just received the car and it was in amazing condition just like they had told me. I'm very happy about that. The only reason I did not rate them 5 stars is because of the fact that some days I would contact them, and I wouldn't hear back from them in a day or more. The lack of communication, time difference, and lack of popular reviews made me feel like I may have gotten scammed. But the car did arrive and it was priced great too. Aside from the spotty communication, I would order a car from them again because I know they are a real reputable car sourcing company. Thank you SAT Japan! ✌🏾

I joined a Facebook group about car imports and saw many people praising SAT Japan. I contacted them, and they replied kindly and explained all the steps. Everything was done online. Payment was secure, and I got confirmation fast. I didn’t have to travel or stress. Even when I asked many questions, they were patient. The car arrived quickly. Clean inside and out. I’m from Dodoma, Tanzania. I run a mobile phone and accessories shop. I needed a light vehicle to move goods from Dar port to my shop. I had never imported anything in my life before, so I was nervous. My cousin told me about SAT Japan. He bought his Probox from them last year. I contacted them, and they were very helpful. The agent spoke calmly and explained everything step by step — car selection, payment, shipping, and clearance. I chose a Suzuki Alto. It was cheap and looked good. The shipping took about 7 weeks. When it arrived, I went to the port and was surprised the car looked better than I hoped. I only struggled a bit to use their tracking system on the app. It needs improvement. But everything else was smooth. SAT Japan is doing good work.
