I believe a good company is measured by how it handles small details. Before my Nissan was shipped, SAT Japan sent clear photos, explained the inspection report, and answered every question without making me feel rushed. That honesty gave me confidence because I knew exactly what I was buying instead of guessing. After driving the car for several days, I can say it performs even better than I expected. The engine is smooth, fuel economy is impressive, and it feels comfortable in city traffic. I only noticed a small scratch on the front bumper and the tires are not brand new, but those are normal for a used imported vehicle. The important parts are in excellent condition. I am very satisfied with my purchase and appreciate the transparent service from SAT Japan. I will gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable Japanese car.

Nissan NV150 AD

I bought this car from SAT Japan and what I really liked was how they handled my first time import. I had no idea how things work, but they explained it in a simple way that made me feel calm. I remember sitting with my phone, going step by step with their help, and it all made sense. When the car arrived, it felt like a big win for me. Nissan NV150 AD

This car has a feeling of real life hero. It is not very fancy but it does the job without any complaints. It is really simple and dependable which makes it naturally appealing. It is good enough to be used on hectic days or when going with family for outings or for moving loads without tension. It always makes you feel like just start and drive. Well, it is a ride you learn to trust and once you do trust it, you will not want to let it go.. I purchased it at SAT Japan and overall, the entire process was relaxed. Choosing the car, getting it delivered, it was all clear and easy. It simply enhanced the entire journey.

Mazda DEMIO

Honestly, I was not expecting the Mazda Demio to feel this good on the road. It is small outside but comfortable inside, and the steering feels light and responsive. Perfect for town driving and narrow parking places. One seat had a little wear, which was already understandable for the age. The vehicle condition was close to what SAT Japan showed before payment, so there was no bad surprise after arrival. Good little car with nice fuel economy.

Toyota VITZ

At first, I was worried about buying a hybrid vehicle from another country, but this Vitz changed my mind. It is quiet in traffic, easy to park and saving me good money on fuel already. The shipment had a small delay at the port, but the SAT Japan support person continued answering my messages and explaining everything. The car arrived looking clean, and the hybrid system is working fine. I am grateful because this was my first imported car and the experience ended well.

Toyota COROLLA FIELDER

From the first inquiry until receiving the keys, my experience was excellent. SAT Japan kept me informed at every stage, and their team always replied with clear answers whenever I needed help. This Toyota Corolla Fielder Hybrid has been a wonderful vehicle for both family trips and daily commuting because it is comfortable, quiet, and very fuel efficient. I noticed the tyres were slightly more worn than I expected, but they still have good life left and replacing them later is a normal maintenance job. Everything else was exactly as promised. The car drives beautifully, feels reliable on the road, and proves that choosing SAT Japan was the right decision for my first imported vehicle.
