I would like to extend a big thank you to SAT Japan for making my car-buying journey so stress-free. I ordered this vehicle from their website, and everything went better than I expected. The team was friendly and kept me updated throughout, from the moment I placed the order to when the car arrived in my country. When I first saw the car, I was very happy.. The body was clean, the engine sounded great, and all the documents were ready and correct. Most of all, I didn’t face any problems with clearance or registration. You don’t really believe online car buying works… until it works for you. I never thought I could own a car through the internet, but SAT Japan proved me wrong in the best way possible. I needed a reliable van for my small poultry business. Every morning, I move eggs and feed between the farm and the town. A friend told me about SAT Japan. At first, I was scared. What if I lose my money? What if the car is not real? But their team really surprised me. From day one, they answered every question, sent clear details, and explained what documents I needed. I chose a vehicle perfect size, strong engine, good condition. Shipping took about 7 weeks. The van arrived just as shown in the pictures. No extra charges, no surprise costs. I work as a labourer in a small IT company. My salary isn’t high, so I wanted a small, reliable used car without spending too much. I joined a Facebook group about car imports and saw many people praising SAT Japan. I contacted them, and they replied kindly and explained all the steps. Everything was done online. Payment was secure, and I got confirmation fast. I didn’t have to travel or stress. Even when I asked many questions, they were patient. The car arrived quickly. Clean inside and out. No smell, engine runs quietly. I was scared about import charges, but they had already explained everything. Only thing I noticed was that their app could use some fixing. I’m from Dodoma, Tanzania. I run a mobile phone and accessories shop. I needed a light vehicle to move goods from Dar port to my shop. I had never imported anything in my life before, so I was nervous. My cousin told me about SAT Japan. He bought his Probox from them last year. I contacted them, and they were very helpful. The agent spoke calmly and explained everything step by step — car selection, payment, shipping, and clearance. I chose a Suzuki Alto. It was cheap and looked good. The shipping took about 7 weeks. When it arrived, I went to the port and was surprised the car looked better than I hoped. I only struggled a bit to use their tracking system on the app. It needs improvement. But everything else was smooth. SAT Japan is doing good work.

I needed a car for my wife to use for school runs and shopping. She wanted something stylish but not too flashy, and I didn’t want anything that would drain my wallet. I found SAT Japan while browsing YouTube. I was impressed by the reviews and decided to go for it. We picked a very beautiful car, neat design. The best part? Everything was done from our living room. We never visited any office. The team at SAT Japan explained costs clearly and always followed up. They even called me when the ship reached the Port. The car took about 6.5 weeks, and we were shocked it was very clean, AC cold, and the radio still worked! I won’t lie, the paperwork had a little delay, but they kept apologizing and fixed it. Now my wife is happy, and so am I. I will return to SAT Japan soon for my own car.
