SAT Japan agents made the entire process of buying and clearing the car very easy. I really appreciate their support. I just hope they upgrade their app soon because it feels it is not responsive on mobile.

The car service from SAT Japan is excellent, but the website could use more customization options. For example, it would be helpful if I set preferences for things like the type of car. Despite this suggestion, I’m still satisfied with the overall service and would recommend it to others.

Nissan SKYLINE COUPE

I was kind of worried at first because I couldn't find any reviews online regarding this company that I deemed legit and credible. I saw reviews on the app and still wasn't convinced because I am purchasing from Hawaii, in the United States, and I couldn't find many reviews from the USA. Well, I paid for the car, and then about 1 month later it was shipped. Shipping took only about 8 or 9 days because I'm in Hawaii, not the mainland United States. I just received the car and it was in amazing condition just like they had told me. I'm very happy about that. The only reason I did not rate them 5 stars is because of the fact that some days I would contact them, and I wouldn't hear back from them in a day or more. The lack of communication, time difference, and lack of popular reviews made me feel like I may have gotten scammed. But the car did arrive and it was priced great too. Aside from the spotty communication, I would order a car from them again because I know they are a real reputable car sourcing company. Thank you SAT Japan! ✌🏾

The team was friendly and kept me updated throughout, from the moment I placed the order to when the car arrived in my country. When I first saw the car, I was very happy.. The body was clean, the engine sounded great, and all the documents were ready and correct. Most of all, I didn’t face any problems with clearance or registration. You don’t really believe online car buying works… until it works for you. I never thought I could own a car through the internet, but SAT Japan proved me wrong in the best way possible. I needed a reliable van for my small poultry business. Every morning, I move eggs and feed between the farm and the town. A friend told me about SAT Japan. At first, I was scared. What if I lose my money? What if the car is not real? But their team really surprised me. From day one, they answered every question, sent clear details, and explained what documents I needed. I chose a vehicle perfect size, strong engine, good condition. Shipping took about 7 weeks. The van arrived just as shown in the pictures. No extra charges, no surprise costs. Even the seats were clean!

I recently bought a car from SAT Japan for use in my farm. I transport milk and vegetables to market every morning, and needed something strong but affordable. I found SAT Japan through TikTok. Their videos showed clean cars and happy customers, so I followed the link. I was surprised at how easy it was to search and compare vehicles. The customer support was very good. They helped me understand engine condition, mileage, and shipping cost. I sent the money, and they gave me updates all the way. The van came in 6.5 weeks. It has helped my business grow. I can now make more deliveries and save time. My neighbors ask me, “Where did you get this car?” and I always say, “SAT Japan!” Their only small issue is website speed sometimes, but overall, they are the best I’ve dealt with.
